Welcome to The Coastal Kitchen Devon. We are two friends who first met through the Dartmouth Food Festival about 10 years ago. It soon became apparent that we were both obsessed with food, cook books and particularly passionate about local produce. Julie is still a Director and Events Manager of the festival (as well as being a full time chef in a local deli) but Helen relinquished her role as Administrator a couple of years ago and has since set up a food blog. We both adore seeking out new places and products and recently have enjoyed judging for the Taste of the West Awards.

Through The Coastal Kitchen we hope to share our love of local food and bring you lots of recipes, book recommendations, products and places to explore as well as setting up local food markets.
